Hey! My name is Faruq McAlpin and I'm the creator of Ruq The Ruler. My mission is to help individuals reach their full potential through training and exercise. As a former collegiate athlete, and with over a decade of Personal Trainer experience, I've become an expert at maximizing ones fitness results.
